    Hi,

I am currently doing AI4I Foundations in AI with the intention to apply for AIAP eventually. I have read through the Proficiency in AI page and it seems to imply that completing that course will equip me with enough knowledge to apply for AIAP. Yet, at the same time I notice that there is also a ‘Becoming an AI Apprentice’ course that seems specifically geared towards preparing someone for AIAP. I am confuse as to which course to take now if i want to prepare for AIAP?

Btw, I also compared the learning schedule of the Field Guide provided in the Proficiency in AI page (version 4) and the one on ‘Becoming an AI Apprentice’. There seems to be some slight difference, which one should i actually follow?

Thanks for asking, Alvin! I am also curious about the difference between the 2 versions of the Field Guide 🙂

    Hi Alvin,

The field guide is more of a framework with attached resources to help prospective apprentices understand the concepts that they should be familiar with. You can use whichever version appeals to you more for the purpose of preparing for AIAP. You will get to the same end point.

Thanks John for the reply. Ok, will just go with the most updated version v4.0 then!

    Hi Alvin,

I’m also doing Foundations in AI.

I’m trying to start an AI study group for those who are aiming for AI
Apprenticeship Programme, to meet online regularly to share tips and
learning resources. If you are interested, please drop me an email via
    my contact page at https://jfkoh.com/contact.php

All the best for your learning journey!
